Wales is wet. Well, it rains a lot of the time. But that’s not a problem for us at Neath Port Talbot, because many of our natural attractions appear more beautiful in the rain. Waterfall country comes alive after a good downpour, and watching a storm come across the bay at Aberavon can be just as relaxing as a summer sunset experience. We don't believe in bad weather, just bad clothing!

We understand that too much rain can drive you a bit mad, so we have lots of indoor activities going on. A morning underground at Cefn Coed Colliery or an evening watching a play at the theatre. There’s many opportunities to put your umbrella down and relax indoors.
